Mailing list should contain the following:
- A minimum of 200 addresses (required by USPS for Direct Mail)
- Columns must contain correct information according to the column heading
- Remove all unnecessary columns such as e-mail address, phone number, and multiple addresses
- Upload one list per order. Each additional list/tab will be an additional $25 charge.
- If the list is already processed an additional $25 fee will be applied for postage class change and/or adding/removing addresses.
Turnaround (Postcard Printing + Mailing Service):
200 - 25,000 pieces: 4 - 8 business days
30,000 - 60,000 pieces: 6 - 10 business days
70,000 - 100,000 pieces: 8 - 12 business days
Postage: Actual postage price will be determined after your mailing list has been processed. Postage rates are based on USPS machinable mail pieces. Mail delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Postage is payable by check only. There will be an additional fee for changing to a different class of mail depending on the circumstances of the order. We recommend mailing all time-sensitive material using the USPS First Class option.

Price match: If our estimate does not meet your expectations, or if you feel our estimate may not be a competitive price, please let us know. Additionally, our "Price Match" program ensures our consideration of comparable pricing you have found elsewhere.
Turnaround: Cut off time is 9:30am Eastern. Our turnaround times refer solely to production. Turnaround starts from the time the uploaded file is complete. If a job has revised files, is placed on hold, or is awaiting proof approval the turnaround starts from time the approval is given.
File Upload: We recommend saving as a .PDF. You may also send the file in the following types: jpg, jpeg, tif, eps, and png. We prefer that you send .PDF with embedded or outlined fonts. .PDF’s are easier to handle and will likely speed up your turn-around. Remember to add crop marks and flatten your files before uploading.
