Mailing list should contain the following:
- A minimum of 200 addresses (required by USPS for Direct Mail)
- Columns must contain correct information according to the column heading
- Remove all unnecessary columns such as e-mail address, phone number, and multiple addresses
- Upload one list per order. Each additional list/tab will be an additional $25 charge
- If the list is already processed an additional $25 fee will be applied for postage class change and/or adding/removing addresses
Postage: Postage on website is estimate only. Actual postage price will be determined after your mailing list has been processed. Postage rates are based on USPS machinable mail pieces. Mail delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Postage amount must be paid by check in order to avoid 3% credit card surcharge (will be added to the invoice). There will be an additional fee for changing to a different class of mail depending on the circumstances of the order. We recommend mailing all time-sensitive material using the USPS First Class option.

- Must have one (1) return address w/ zip code.
- Minimum of 500 pieces.
†Cass certification adds the last four digits to the zip code making it a zip + 4, creating a common format for address matching. i.e. 52233-1458
†Cass certification is required unless the customer can provide documentation that they have cass certified their list/s prior to submitting to Minuteman Press. If not already cass certified, Minuteman Press can perform this service to all mail lists received.

NCOA-National Change of Address:
†National Change Of Address (NCOA) NCOA is a database maintained by the U.S. Postal Service of all individuals and companies who completed a Change of Address form in the previous four years. By sending your database to be NCOA processed, it will be updated with the most current address information. In fact, the average database is improved by 5% using this convenient service. The cost of using NCOA is minimal and a speedy turnaround time means it will never delay your mailing.
†Running the mail list/s through the National Change of Address (NCOA) database is the method Minuteman Press uses to ensure the presorted mailing meets the USPS Move Update Requirements.
†Effective 11/23/08, postal rules require all addresses in a presorted mailing to be move update processed within 95 days before a mailing. The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) is requiring this in order to reduce expenses from extra handling. National Change of Address (NCOA) is just one of the approved methods for meeting the move update requirements.

Turnaround: Cut off time is 9:30am Eastern. Our turnaround times refer solely to production. Turnaround starts from the time the uploaded file is complete. If a job has revised files, is placed on hold, or is awaiting proof approval the turnaround starts from time the approval is given.
File Upload: We recommend saving as a .PDF. You may also send the file in the following types: jpg, jpeg, tif, eps, and png. We prefer that you send .PDF with embedded or outlined fonts. .PDF’s are easier to handle and will likely speed up your turn-around. Remember to add crop marks and flatten your files before uploading.
